"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit". The Story of Philosophy - a summary of Aristotle ideas

Short Bio

With extensive experience in applying statistical and machine learning models to large-scale datasets, I have led diverse data science projects across multiple teams and data modalities. I am committed to creating unbiased models through careful data processing, methodic algorithmic design, and comprehensive evaluation.

Currently, as a data scientist at Pheno.AI, I craft data-driven solutions to complex challenges in the Human Phenotype Project. Prior to this, I led data science projects alongside chemistry and RNA technologies teams to advance the therapeutics programs in Eleven Therapeutics. I earned my Ph.D. from Princeton University, specializing in modeling protein interaction sites with advanced machine learning techniques as a graduate researcher in the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics, under the guidance of Prof. Mona Singh.

Outside of work, my passions include gymnastics, photography, scuba diving, trips planning, engaging in small interior design projects, and expanding my collection of dolls from around the world. I'm also a proud mom of 10-year-old twins and a 4-year-old "pandemic baby"—all girls, and all born during my Ph.D.
